Us and Our Staff

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, CQC, and our report and ratings are published on their website www.cqc.org.uk.   Following our most recent review in January 2016 we have an overall rating of ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ for our caring. In accordance with CQC requirements, all our care staff are police checked and have had references are taken up.  Our carers undergo training with us before they start work and attend regular refresher courses. While they are working there is always a manager at the end of a phone for them to liaise with. We like to visit you when your carer is with you to make sure things are working well and fine-tune your care package to best suit your needs.

We carry out a minimum of two Quality Assurance visits each year to give you the opportunity to discuss your care in confidence with us, but of course, you can speak to our office at any time, to discuss changes or to ‘fine tune’ your care. Our priority is to make sure we continue to provide a quality service that always meets your needs.
